Quick Chicken Masala
Ingredients:
1Kg Chicken cut into medium pieces
2 big onions
2 capsicums
2 tomatoes
2 potatoes(optional)
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1 tbsp Chilli Powder
2 green chillies
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder

4 garlic flakes
1/2 inch ginger chopped
2 tbsp ghee
Salt to taste
Method:
In a bottomed vessel, put the ghee and fry the onions in it. When the onions start turning light brown, put the ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the chopped tomatoes, chopped capsicum and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder and the chicken pieces and fry for another 2 minutes. Add more chilli powder if required to make it spicy.
Now add sufficient amount of water to make a thick gravy. Also add the potatoes and green chillies, garlic flakes and chopped ginger. Close the lid and cook for about 20 minutes till the chicken becomes tender. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
