CHICKEN GREEN GRAVY
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken( Marinate with salt and keep for ½ hour)
2 tbsp ghee
1 onion
1 tomato
Salt to taste
To grind:
4 onions
1 inch ginger
¼ tsp turmeric powder
4 pieces cinnamon
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp jeera
1 cardomom
2-3 garlic flakes
¼ tsp Badishep
4 cloves
4-5 green chillies
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 bunch coriander leaves
Little mint leaves
Fry sliced onion in ghee till it turns brown, then fry tomato pieces and put the chicken pieces and fry for sometime and then put the masala and fry for another 3 minutes. Then put enough water to make gravy , add salt and cook for 20-25 minutes on medium flame till the chicken becomes tender.
