Chocolate Cake in Microwave Oven
Ingredients:
Eggs - 2nos
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Oil - 1/2 cup
Maida - 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1tsp
Sugar powder - 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder - 4 tsp
cashewnuts - 3 tsp, almonds 1/4 cup crushed
1. Break Eggs. Beat nicely till fluffy
2. Add 1 tsp vanilla essence mix
3. Add oil to the mixture. Beat nicely
4. Gradually add maida and mix well. Sltir in one direction only
5. Now add sugar powder, baking powder and stir till you get smooth mixture.
6. Add cocoa powder mix well and add nuts
7. Grease baking tray with oil and sprinkle maida and spread it across the tray.
8. Pour the mixture in the baking tray.
9. Preheat the oven in convection mode to 180 degree . Bake for 20 min.
10. Spread chocolate syrup on the cake once the cake done.
