Ingredients: 3 tsp custard powder 1/2 litre milk 3/4 cup sugar Method: Add custard powder to 1/2 cup of boiled and cooled milk. Mix well and keep aside. Boil the remaining milk. Add the prepared custard paste to it and stir constantly till it thickens. Then add sugar continue stirring for another 10 minutes. Remove from flame when cool, fill it in an aluminium tray and keep in freezer. After 20 minutes, take out once and stir lightly and put it back. When the cream is sufficiently thick, take out and serve.
